Lead Recruitment Consultant – Sport and Entertainment

Salary - DOE + Industry leading commission scheme
Location - Richmond, London (4-days in office)

Due to continued success, SERV is searching for a highly driven and experienced Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the continued development of our Sport and Entertainment divisions. Since launching in 2020 we’ve gone from strength-to-strength, working with some of the most well-known brands across our specialist industries.

You’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running with plenty of clients to work with from the off, whilst also developing your own relationships with new clients. As a young company, we offer a unique opportunity to join in the early stages of our growth, giving you a ton of freedom, flexibility and autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your own team and division.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ recruitment experience, working in a 360 capacity
  • Track record developing new business and client relationships
  • Business mindset, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient
  • The drive to develop your own team and division within the business
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn, work hard, and hit targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Career driven and money motivated

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Headhunting, sourcing suitable candidates
  • Generate leads and market information
  • Develop new business, identify emerging trends and relationships
  • Proactive management of key client relationships
  • Work in a consultative manner, to guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process
