iO Associates is looking for ambitious and commercially driven individuals to join our growing Manchester technology team as a Recruitment Consultant.
Technology is a huge and constantly evolving industry, and our Manchester team recruits across a wide range of specialist markets. From Microsoft Dynamics and SAP to SaaS, software and hardware, you'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in a market that interests you while building a career in recruitment and sales.
This is an opportunity to develop into a successful recruitment consultant, with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.

iO Associates is a specialist talent partner working across technology, engineering and defence, supporting organisations across the UK, Europe and the US.
Our Manchester office was established to support the North's thriving technology and engineering markets. The team works across a broad range of technology specialisms, building long-term relationships with businesses and connecting them with highly skilled professionals.
Depending on the market you join, you could specialise in areas such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, SaaS, software, hardware or other specialist technology disciplines.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the recruitment process from both a client and candidate perspective while developing your own specialist technology market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business and identifying commercial opportunities
- Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings
- Building relationships with technology businesses and hiring managers
- Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Speaking with and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Developing specialist knowledge within your chosen technology market
- Building your professional network and personal brand
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
