Lead Recruitment Consultant – Sport & Entertainment

Salary: DOE + Industry leading commission scheme

Location: Richmond, London (4-days in office)


About the Role

Due to continued success, SERV is searching for a highly driven & experienced Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the continued development of our Sport & Entertainment divisions.

Since launching in 2020 we’ve gone from strength-to-strength, working with some of the most well-known brands across our specialist industries. You’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running with plenty of clients to work with from the off, whilst also developing your own relationships with new clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ recruitment experience, working in a 360 capacity.
  • Track record developing new business & client relationships
  • Business mindset, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient
  • The drive to develop your own team & division within the business.
  • Eagerness & willingness to learn, work hard, and hit targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Career driven & money motivated

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

  • Headhunting, sourcing suitable candidates
  • Generate leads & market information
  • Develop new business, identify emerging trends and relationships
  • Proactive management of key client relationships
  • Work in a consultative manner, to guide both clients & candidates through the recruitment process
