Senior Red Team Operator
Location: UK (Remote)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus

I'm working with a globally recognised tier 1 bank that's investing heavily in its offensive security capability. They're looking for an experienced Red Team Operator to help deliver sophisticated adversary simulations across a complex enterprise environment.

About the Role
This isn't a penetration testing role. You'll be planning and executing realistic attack scenarios, working across the full attack lifecycle, assessing people, processes and technology, and helping improve an organisation's ability to detect and respond to genuine threats.
Ideal Candidate
You'll be a great fit if you've:
- Built or worked within a Red Team
- Led offensive security engagements
- Have experience in adversary emulation, social engineering, command and control infrastructure, or advanced offensive operations
