Lead Regional Marketing Manager, FSI - UKI

As the Lead Regional Marketing Manager, you will connect Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams around shared growth priorities. You will translate those priorities into integrated marketing programmes that build awareness, create demand, and accelerate pipeline across the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you will own priority programmes in the executive space and across market segments from strategy through to execution.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with UK Sales leadership to align pipeline, account, and bookings priorities
  • Build integrated marketing plans connecting Sales priorities with regional, digital, ABX, content, event, and partner activity
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create joint campaigns, account engagement, and pipeline
  • Identify pipeline gaps and target audiences to build focused marketing programmes
  • Drive Sales, Marketing, and Partner interlock across planning, campaign activation, follow-up, and opportunity progression
  • Direct priority Corporate and Public Sector programmes as these businesses scale
  • Guide cross-functional initiatives spanning digital, content, ABM, webinars, executive engagement, events, and partner activity
  • Align with Sales, TDR, and Partner teams to improve campaign follow-up and account engagement
  • Evaluate account, engagement, and pipeline data to measure impact and optimise investment
  • Execute strategic executive programmes, roundtables, and industry engagements aligned to target accounts
  • Manage Corporate and Public Sector activation within flagship UK programmes like Accelerate
  • Shape the wider UK marketing plan across Corporate, Public Sector, Major, Strategic, and FSI
  • Adapt global, EMEA, and partner resources to maximize scale and impact
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrix organization to drive business outcomes

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on regional, integrated, or demand-generation marketing
  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales leadership to deliver commercially aligned plans
  • Background in developing integrated programmes that generate and progress enterprise pipeline
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, account engagement, and buyer journeys
  • Experience designing integrated campaigns and account-based programmes in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce and Marketo to inform data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to executive, corporate, enterprise, or Public Sector audiences in the UK
  • Track record of working with partners, alliances, or channel teams on joint GTM programmes
  • Background in developing or scaling a new go-to-market motion
  • Strong grasp of ABM, digital demand generation, and executive engagement strategies
  • Ability to translate Sales priorities and market insight into actionable marketing programmes
  • Exceptional relationship skills to influence Sales, Partner, regional, and global marketing teams
  • Commercial mindset balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

  • Up to 25% travel for internal meetings, customer programmes, and industry events
  • Reliable internet access for remote work outside a Workiva office
