About the team

The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximising final margin and driving sustainable growth by strategically managing key commercial levers, including pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms.

The impact you’ll have

Reporting to the Head of Pricing and Revenue Management, you will lead the Revenue Management Centre of Excellence. You will shape the strategy, policies and capabilities that enable confident pricing, payment-plan and cancellation-term decisions across the business. Working with Platform and commercial teams, you will set the principles, guardrails and ways of working that support scalable, long-term commercial performance.

Your day-to-day:

  • Shape cross-market Revenue Management strategy, setting clear commercial principles, policies and decision guardrails.
  • Use market and operational insight to identify structural opportunities to strengthen our pricing power and long-term commercial performance.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and experiments with commercial and Platform teams from concept to delivery, navigating trade-offs.
  • Identify high-value AI use cases and apply AI tools to improve the Revenue Management team’s efficiency, capacity and quality of output.
  • Partner with Platform to shape the roadmap for new Revenue Management and AI capabilities, translating commercial needs into scalable systems and tools.
  • Develop and embed consistent methods, playbooks and operating rhythms that strengthen the Revenue Management function.
  • Act as a trusted commercial sounding board, bringing Revenue Management insight to decisions and initiatives across the business.

Your skillset:

  • Significant experience in Revenue Management, pricing strategy or a comparable commercial role, shaping direction across markets, products or customer segments.
  • Excellent commercial judgement, able to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and make well-reasoned trade-offs that support long-term value and growth.
  • Advanced analytical and experimentation skills, able to set robust measurement approaches and use evidence to inform strategic choices.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programmes, building alignment with commercial and platform stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • Strong technical and product awareness, able to translate commercial needs into scalable capability roadmaps and identify high-value applications of AI and automation.
  • Credible, influential communication skills, able to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and cross-functional audiences

  • Travel-sector or marketplace experience
  • Experience using AI tools to increase team effectiveness and improve commercial decision-making.
  • Experience with SQL, Looker or comparable analytical tools.
