Lead Reward Advisor

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + share options and comprehensive benefits package

Location: Hybrid working (Manchester)

Are you a reward professional looking for a broader role where you can influence decisions, improve the employee experience and continue developing your expertise?

RedGreen Partners are looking to attract a Lead Reward Advisor for a well-established, innovative and people-focused organisation. Working closely with the Reward Manager and wider People team, you’ll help deliver and continually improve the company’s reward, benefits and wellbeing offering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward Advisor or Analyst ready for the next step, who enjoys combining technical reward knowledge with data analysis, stakeholder engagement and practical problem-solving.

About the role

You’ll provide expert advice, analysis and operational support to ensure reward programmes remain fair, competitive and aligned with the organisation’s objectives.

You’ll get involved with:

  • Supporting annual salary reviews, benchmarking and reward planning
  • Helping to administer share schemes and other incentive arrangements
  • Undertaking job evaluation and supporting grading decisions
  • Producing reward analysis, management information and recommendations
  • Advising managers on pay, promotions, benefits and reward-related matters
  • Supporting reward governance, policies and senior stakeholder reporting
  • Managing and improving employee benefits and wellbeing programmes
  • Working closely with external benefit providers and supporting annual renewals
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee and manager experience

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • Broad experience across compensation, benefits and reward
  • Experience supporting cyclical reward activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking and share plans
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies, such as WTW, Hay or Mercer
  • Experience managing employee benefits and supplier relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex reward data
  • The ability to turn analysis into clear insights and practical recommendations
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
  • A proactive, detail-focused and solutions-oriented approach
