LEAD RISK REPORTING ANALYST

SALARY UP TO £75,000 + BONUS

HYBRID WORKING 50/50 TIME IN-OFFICE

Harnham are working with a well-established financial services organisation to find a Lead Risk Reporting Analyst to join their growing risk function. This is an excellent opportunity for a reporting professional with credit risk experience to take ownership of key reporting processes while helping to drive the team's transition towards more modern data and visualisation tools.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role sitting within a risk reporting team, where you will lead the delivery of risk reporting and help shape the team's future direction. You will work closely with analysts, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting processes and technology.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Delivering regular risk reporting and analysis to stakeholders
  • Developing and enhancing reporting processes and visualisations
  • Supporting the migration towards more modern reporting and analytical tools
  • Mentoring and guiding junior analysts within the team
  • Working with large datasets to generate business insights and reporting outputs

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Risk Reporting Analyst must have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within credit risk analytics or reporting
  • Strong reporting experience within a financial services environment
  • Demonstrable Power BI experience, including dashboard development and visualisation
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
  • Around 4-5 years of relevant analytics, reporting, or risk experience
  • Knowledge of IFRS 9 is beneficial
  • Python and/or SAS experience would be advantageous
  • Ambition to develop professionally and take on increasing levels of responsibility

BENEFITS

The successful Lead Risk Reporting Analyst will receive a salary up to £75,000 as well as an annual bonus.
