We are seeking a Lead Sales Engineer to join our global Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team bridges business objectives, enterprise technology solutions and delivery execution to drive strategic growth. It partners with customers and internal teams to translate complex business needs into scalable architectures. As a Lead Sales Engineer, you will direct technical strategy and pre-sales engagement for high-value sales opportunities across EMEA. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer executives while guiding cross-functional teams to identify risks and align implementation workflows. This role requires technical depth, business acumen and the confidence to challenge legacy frameworks to deliver measurable client success.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery, solution strategy and architecture design for complex enterprise sales pursuits.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer executives and decision-makers across EMEA.
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to lead customer workshops, RFP responses and technical presentations.
  • Identify technical risks, system dependencies and execution considerations to ensure seamless product implementations.
  • Mentor sales engineers, establish sales engineering best practices and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  • Use AI-enabled automation and workflow tools to streamline RFP responses, technical documentation and pre-sales discovery.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales within travel technology or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong expertise with travel technology, enterprise software, APIs, integrations and complex Sabre products and automations.
  • Proven success leading solution architecture and driving technical strategy for high-value sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
  • Professional fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
