Lead Salesforce Developer
📍 Remote First (UK)
💷 £80,000 - £90,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits
We're partnering with a global software company looking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and drive the delivery of scalable solutions across the business.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to enhance and optimise Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Act as the technical SME for the Salesforce platform.
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
- Mentor and support developers through code reviews and best practices.
- Drive platform improvements, governance, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations
- Experience leading development projects or mentoring developers
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
