As a Lead Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll design and deliver scalable, enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions, bridging business needs and technical delivery. You'll influence strategic technology decisions, work across multiple domains and help shape the future architecture landscape at Vanquis.

How you'll make an impact
You'll...
- Design major end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains
- Partner with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Business Analysts and Engineering teams
- Define architecture standards, documentation, data models and technical designs
- Drive alignment between business strategy, regulatory requirements and technology solutions
- Act as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert and mentor
- Champion sustainable architecture and technical debt management

You'll work closely with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Engineering Leads and delivery teams to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Essential experience
- Significant experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar senior architecture role
- Strong expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce architecture best practice
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading architectural decision-making
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation, Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification
Useful, but not essential
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
- Accredited Financial Services Cloud Professional
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience Cloud Consultant certification
- Data Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience within financial services and regulated environments
- Experience working with MuleSoft and complex integration ecosystems
