We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
The role
Having successfully launched our core end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem, we are entering an exciting phase: bringing our platform capability fully in-house and scaling globally. As Lead Salesforce Solution Architect, you will serve as the lead functional design authority, establishing, standardising, and scaling our declarative architecture across multiple delivery squads.
In this high-impact role, you will champion a declarative-first approach, embed best-practice operating models, and design modular blueprints to power international growth—all within a high-trust, engineering-led culture.
What You Will Do...
- Define Operating Standards: Collaborate to establish functional design gates, standard SDD templates, and best-practice agile ways of working.
- Strategic Product Partnership: Partner closely with Product Managers to constructively challenge assumptions and translate commercial goals into platform architectures.
- Design Leadership: Lead functional design forums and mentor architects, analysts, and administrators across squads to raise collective capability.
- Scale Globally: Design modular, multi-market blueprints supporting high-volume subscription commerce, omnichannel routing, and international expansion.
- Security & AI Readiness: Implement least-privilege security and clean data structures optimised for performance and future AI-driven workflows.
- End-to-End Ownership: Steer solutions from concept through delivery to live production telemetry, health monitoring, and optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
