The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Lead Security Architect to join a major government transformation programme, providing security leadership across a large-scale digital and data landscape.

This is a key role within a high-profile ERP transformation initiative involving complex data migrations, multiple source systems, and over 60 system integrations. You'll be responsible for ensuring security is embedded throughout the programme lifecycle, working closely with security, delivery, and integration teams to maintain compliance, governance, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all security activities across the Digital and Data workstream.
  • Define and implement security architecture aligned to organisational standards, policies, and governance requirements.
  • Work closely with programme teams and system integration partners to ensure consistent security delivery across the end-to-end solution.
  • Provide security guidance throughout design, delivery, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and architecture assurance activities.
  • Ensure security controls are embedded across cloud, application, integration, and data platforms.
  • Support security governance processes and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
