What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the floor like a pro—smooth, sharp, and service-first
- Keeping the team synced up and the vibe strong
- Jumping in to serve, solve problems, and lead from the front
- Training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the tone
- Acting as the go-to person between front + back of house
- Helping leadership keep operations on point and guests coming back
