Due to continued growth, Joloda Hydraroll is seeking an experienced Service and Installation Engineer to take a hands-on leadership role within our expanding service team. You’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced mechanical loading systems - driving quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across UK and international projects.

We’re looking for a proactive engineer with proven supervisory or team leadership experience who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support installation and service teams across UK and international projects.
  • Carry out installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis on automated loading systems.
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to deliver precise installations.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and provide professional client handovers.
  • Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in service, installation, or maintenance of industrial or automated systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience—able to guide and motivate teams.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused, safety-first approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
