We look for enthusiastic, passionate, caring people who thrive on delivering effective services and going the extra mile. In exchange for your commitment, we will make sure you get the rewards, training, and benefits you deserve. Our aim is to create a professional environment in which you can thrive: we want you to be able to be your best self in the workplace.
Position:
Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve greater independence and positive futures?
Do you have experience in support services and enjoy taking responsibility, coordinating teams, and making sure people receive high-quality, person-centred support?
We’re looking for a Lead Service Coordinator to join BCHA Support Services and play an important role in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of our services.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced support professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and have a greater role in supporting colleagues, improving quality, and making a positive difference to the people we support.
As Lead Service Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Operational Manager to help coordinate the day-to-day running of the service and ensure people receive safe, consistent, and high-quality support.
You’ll provide guidance and support to colleagues, help coordinate staffing and workloads, monitor the quality of support being delivered, and ensure that the voices and experiences of the people we support remain at the centre of everything we do.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
