We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to join a long-term ServiceNow programme on an initial 12-month contract.
You will take technical ownership across development activities, working closely with architects, product owners and wider ServiceNow teams to deliver and improve the platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow development across multiple workstreams
- Design and build scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical leadership to developers within the team
- Review code and maintain development standards
- Work closely with ServiceNow Architects on solution design
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Support platform upgrades, releases and improvements
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues
- Support junior and mid-level developers where required
- Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions

Experience Required

- Strong commercial ServiceNow development experience
- Previous experience operating as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies
- Strong integration experience
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices
- Experience working within large ServiceNow environments
- Comfortable leading technical discussions and supporting other developers
