The Opportunity
An elite ServiceNow partner is looking for an experienced Interim Lead ServiceNow Product Manager to provide strategic product and platform leadership across an established end-to-end change transformation programme.
You will take ownership of the ServiceNow product vision, roadmap and governance while maintaining alignment across other inflight ServiceNow initiatives. Acting as the principal point of contact for the platform, you will bring together senior business stakeholders, technical teams, delivery partners and ServiceNow.
This is a strategic product leadership role rather than a hands-on development position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ServiceNow product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Maintain oversight and alignment across inflight ServiceNow programmes and projects.
- Act as the principal point of contact for the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead engagement with senior business, technology and programme stakeholders.
- Prioritise platform demand based on business value, strategic objectives and delivery capacity.
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, issues and key platform decisions.
- Lead governance activities and present updates through the ServiceNow Programme Board.
- Provide validation and assurance across integrations delivered through the transformation programme.
- Support the effective management of development and test environments.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Technical Product Owner to align platform strategy, architecture, design principles, release planning and delivery.
- Manage the relationship with ServiceNow, including platform upgrades, product demonstrations and key operational activities.
- Support the transition to the permanent ServiceNow Product Manager.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
