Are you a seasoned Sitecore expert ready to lead complex, high-performance web platforms? ⚑ We're looking for a Lead Sitecore Web Developer to steer web development strategy, mentor a team of developers, and set the standard for excellence across our digital platforms! πŸ’»

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Development Leadership β€” steer Sitecore projects, build intricate web platforms, ensure top-notch UX & consistency
  • Performance Oversight β€” evaluate and enhance web platform performance for smooth, reliable operation
  • Backend Integration Mastery β€” collaborate closely with backend teams for consistent, real-time data exchange
  • Design Collaboration β€” convert complex UI/UX designs into seamless, top-quality interfaces, setting standards for the wider team 🎨
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility β€” ensure seamless functionality across browsers, troubleshoot browser-specific issues
  • Continued Advancement β€” lead integration of the latest Sitecore & web development trends
  • Testing & Assurance Leadership β€” set benchmarks with Sitecore-centric testing tools for reliability & performance
  • Communication & Mentorship β€” provide regular project updates, solve challenges, mentor junior developers 🀝

Requirements

  • 10+ years hands-on Sitecore development experience, with an impressive web platform portfolio
  • Demonstrable .NET 6 experience (ideally 8 and 9)
  • 5+ years hands-on ASP.NET MVC 5 experience
  • Proven experience with TypeScript, jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, KnockoutJS, Hangfire
  • Minimum 2 Sitecore migration/version update projects
  • Hands-on DevOps, networking, deployment, and environment tuning (intranet & cloud)
  • Experience with CloudFlare, Azure Front Door, Azure Application Gateway, F5 WAF & Load Balancer
  • 5+ years experience in railway domain software development πŸš†
  • Willingness for on-demand 24/7 availability for production incidents
  • English β€” native or C-level (spoken & written)

  • Proven performance optimization expertise, ensuring cross-browser consistency across min. 3 projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of application architecture, software design patterns & modern development principles (last 5 years)
  • Demonstrated Agile experience β€” iterative development, multidisciplinary teams, min. 3 projects A to Z
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coach/mentor team members
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical & non-technical stakeholders (last 5 years)
