A leading global professional services organisation is establishing a high-performance, 24/7 security operations capability supporting sensitive UK AI and advanced computing infrastructure.
Two Lead SOC Analysts are required to provide advanced investigation and analysis across the London Security Operations Centre. The role will act as an escalation point for complex and high-severity incidents, helping to establish attack vectors, scope, root cause and potential business impact.
The successful candidates will lead responses to medium- and high-severity incidents, coordinate containment and recovery activities, correlate events across multiple sources, and produce detailed investigation reports. They will also help improve detection coverage, tune security rules and playbooks, and provide technical guidance to less experienced analysts.

- £57,000–£67,000 base salary
- Additional 25% shift premium

What you need
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within SOC operations, incident response or threat analysis
- Experience leading the response to medium- or high-severity security incidents
- Strong understanding of attack vectors, malware behaviour and incident handling methodologies
- Experience conducting root-cause analysis and assessing the potential impact of incidents
- Ability to correlate events across multiple security and technology data sources
- Experience supporting containment, eradication, remediation and recovery activities
- Experience identifying gaps in detection coverage and improving security playbooks
- Ability to produce clear, detailed investigation and incident reports
- Confidence providing technical guidance or mentoring to less experienced analysts
- A degree in cybersecurity, computer science or a related subject is beneficial
- Certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, CompTIA CySA+, Microsoft SC-200 or Splunk certification would be advantageous
- Willingness and ability to work the full onsite 28-day shift rota in London
- Eligibility to obtain the required UK Security Clearance
