About the role

As Lead Social Designer, you will define and lead the club’s visual identity and creative output across social media and digital content. Working closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Head of Social & Content and wider Creative team, you will translate strategic creative vision into engaging, culturally relevant and world-class content that strengthens the club’s global presence.

What you’ll do

  • Establish and evolve visual standards for social media, digital campaigns and content marketing.
  • Lead the development of a distinctive social design language aligned to the club’s brand and storytelling.
  • Drive innovation across motion graphics, video content and interactive media.
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to create compelling content that increases engagement.
  • Oversee production schedules and ensure content is delivered to world-class standards.
  • Monitor emerging trends, technologies and platforms to keep the club at the forefront of digital creativity.
