Job Title: Lead C# Developer
RJC Group is collaborating with a Global Commodity Trading Company based in London, seeking a Lead C# Developer with experience in Oil.
About the Role
They are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to lead a small but scaling team of developers in their IT function. This is a modern technical environment, so you will need a good hands-on grasp of C# and ideally some front-end technology.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in C#
- Some exposure to front-end technology: Angular/React
- Must have experience working in an Energy Trading environment—oil is preferable
- Understanding of a full trade life-cycle
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to make both the product and team more agile

This is a Hybrid role (three days in office) with an open salary range.
