About Atyourtime Technology
Atyourtime Technology is building a technology ecosystem focused on trust, verification, traceability, and accountability across digital and physical transactions.
At the heart of our platform is Tag & Scan, our verification and chain-of-custody technology designed to make deliveries, handovers, and transactions more secure, traceable, and accountable.
What began with solving trust and security challenges within last-mile delivery is evolving into a broader API-first technology platform, supporting SaaS, enterprise, white-label, and multi-industry applications.
As we move into our next stage of product development and commercialisation, we are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help take the platform through to production and scale.
The Role
This is a senior hands-on engineering role.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to manage an engineering team. You should be equally comfortable discussing architecture and opening the codebase to solve problems yourself.
Working closely with our CTO, Head of Engineering, Product team, and other engineers, you will help shape the architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction of our platform.
You will be expected to design, build, code, review, troubleshoot, and ship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and enhancing mobile applications using React Native
- Developing web applications using React / Angular
- Designing scalable backend services using ASP.NET / C#
- Building secure REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases
- Contributing to our modular, API-first platform architecture
- Working with AWS infrastructure and cloud services
- Building and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Implementing authentication, authorization, RBAC, and audit capabilities
- Supporting platform security, performance, monitoring, and reliability
- Conducting code reviews and improving engineering standards
- Translating product and technical requirements into production-ready solutions
- Identifying and resolving scalability, performance, and technical-debt issues

Our Core Technology Stack
- Mobile: React Native
- Frontend: React / Angular
- Backend: ASP.NET / C#
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Native iOS: Swift
- Cloud: AWS – EC2, IAM, Cognito, S3, SQS/SNS
- DevOps: CI/CD, Git, Linux, monitoring, and cloud deployment
- Architecture: REST APIs, modular services, and event-driven components
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Senior, Lead, or Principal-level Software Engineer with strong hands-on full-stack engineering capability.
You should ideally bring:
- Strong commercial ASP.NET / C# experience
- Strong React Native experience
- React and/or Angular experience
- Strong API design and integration experience
- PostgreSQL/database design experience
- Practical AWS experience
- CI/CD and DevOps knowledge
- Understanding of secure authentication and authorization
- Experience building scalable SaaS or platform applications
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working effectively within remote or distributed teams
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, event-driven architecture, logistics, payments, tracking, identity/verification, AI-enabled applications, or enterprise integrations would be an advantage.

This position is currently equity-based and does not offer an immediate salary.
Our intention is for the position to transition to salaried remuneration as the business achieves the appropriate revenue or funding milestones, subject to agreed contractual terms.
We appreciate that this model will not be suitable for everyone.
