As a Lead Software Engineer at Round Treasury, you will drive technical strategy and product development. We are looking for an engineer with a founder's mindset to build high-impact financial tools. What You Will Do
- Lead the architecture and development of core features for Round Treasury's financial automation platform with a focus on scalability.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and rapid product iteration.
The ideal candidate
- Has a strong background in software engineering fundamentals with experience as an early engineer in product-led startups.
- Possesses a "founder's mindset," ideally having participated in incubators like YC, EF, or Antler, or started their own company.
- Demonstrates exceptional product sense and ideally has prior experience in product management or cross-functional leadership roles.
