Role Description
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product managers, developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Analyze existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support solution design by defining functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and system interactions.
Create process flows, data flows, wireframes, and system interaction diagrams where required.
Work with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues.
Support QA teams in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and UAT requirements.
Participate in defect analysis, solution validation, and user acceptance testing.
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and other analytical tools.

Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and impacts associated with proposed changes.
Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure requirements are traceable from business needs through development, testing, and implementation.
Assist with production issues, root-cause analysis, and post-implementation validation.
Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
