- Designing and implementing complex integrations with partner banks
- Leading backend initiatives

Requirements

- 7+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Expertise in Java or Go
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Experience in regulated financial environments (valued)
- Italian language proficiency (valued)
