Ready to lead the development of a next-generation platform with global impact? We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive the modernization of a business-critical Copyright Data Management platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll influence architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with teams across the UK and US.

What You'll Bring
- ✅ Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang)
- ✅ Expertise in AWS (EKS, RDS, EC2, CloudWatch, Kinesis)
- ✅ Experience building distributed systems using PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
- ✅ Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and cloud-native development experience
- ✅ Technical leadership and mentoring skills
