Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business and system requirements
- Process mapping, analysis, and optimisation (As-Is / To-Be)
- Translating requirements into user stories, writing clear acceptance criteria, and documenting functional specifications
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Supporting Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure solutions are scalable and meet business needs
- Supporting testing and post-testing activities (UAT coordination, test script creation, defect triaging)
- Driving process improvements and promoting best practice across workstreams
- Ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and enhance user experience where applicable

Required Skillset & Experience
- Strong core Business Analysis skills (requirements gathering, user stories, workshop facilitation)
- Demonstrable experience in process analysis, process design, and continuous improvement
- Experience working in data-driven environments (data analysis, interpretation, and validation)
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
- Financial Services experience preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Loop, Miro, Figma, Excel, and SQL (or similar)
- 5–10 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style across technical and non-technical audiences (Developers through to C-Suite)
- Confidence to challenge, influence, and push back constructively where appropriate
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
