Role: Lead Software Engineer
Tech: Java, TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, Cloud-native, GCP
Location: London once a month
Salary: £90,000 package + benefits

The role requirements
- A blend of hands-on engineering, mentoring and architectural decision making
- Setting the technical direction for your squad and helping them to make sound engineering decisions
- 1:1s, technical reviews, developing your team’s confidence and capability
- Working with Product and Data teams, reporting into a Head of Engineering
- You’ll be mindful of delivery performance, scalability, reliability and security
- Seeking ways to reduce cycle times, improve deployment frequency and maintain code quality
- Bringing curiosity and innovation!

- 30 minute conversation directly with the Head of Engineering
- Take-home tech task (yes you can use AI... and it's encouraged)
- Main interview with the squad and Head of Engineering
