Lead (Sole) Designer

£34,000 - £40,000
Hammersmith, West London
Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office

About the Company

Our client is a well-established hospitality group operating a portfolio of bars, hostels and travel brands across the UK and Europe. With a relaxed, people-first culture and a collaborative environment, they offer the opportunity to work on brands that have real personality and a loyal customer following.

The Role

Working closely with marketing, digital and senior leadership teams, you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload, present ideas directly to stakeholders and shape how the brands are represented across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver artwork across digital, print, social media, email and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and develop visual consistency across multiple hospitality brands
  • Produce website concepts, landing page designs and briefs for developers
  • Manage and maintain the company's digital asset management platform and brand libraries
  • Handle artwork requests from sites across the business, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time
  • Develop brand assets, promotional materials, menus, POS and campaign collateral
  • Support larger creative projects and periodic design refreshes
  • Coordinate and manage freelance creative support when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
