Lead Solicitor - Subrogated Recoveries

I'm working on behalf of a growing legal business looking to appoint a Lead Solicitor to build and lead its subrogated recoveries function.

Preference is for this person to be a qualified solicitor although CILEX also considered - a following would be advantageous; my client are seeking someone who can demonstrate history of winning their own work too.

We're keen to speak with experienced individuals who have:

  • A strong background in First Party Recovery / Subrogated Recoveries
  • Experience managing teams and client relationships
  • A proven track record of winning new business from insurers and accident management companies
  • Strong technical knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation
  • Remote / Hybrid - completely open on location
  • Excellent salary package, dependent on experience
