Lead Solution Architect
Life on the Team
The Lead Solution Architect sets Data Center architecture strategy, shapes customer solutions and governs delivery across key accounts. The role leads customer engagement, team capability and practice growth.
Working across executives, sales, delivery and partners, the role builds trusted relationships, develops high-performing teams and drives successful transformation outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Set architecture strategy, standards and governance.
- Shape go-to-market propositions and strategic solutions.
- Sponsor innovation and major customer engagements.
Customer Leadership
- Advise senior customer stakeholders on technology strategy and investment.
- Lead executive workshops, reviews and transformation planning.
- Own architectural escalations across key accounts.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop architects and consultants.
- Build a collaborative, accountable and high-performing culture.
- Own recruitment, succession and capability development.

Delivery Leadership
- Govern complex transformation programmes from Private Cloud, Data, HPC and AI technologies.
- Key vendor experience in Broadcom, Dell, NVIDIA, Cohesity, Rubrik and HPE are critical.
- Assure architecture quality, consistency and risk management.
- Drive delivery excellence and resolve major challenges.
Business Leadership
- Drive revenue, profitability and consulting growth.
- Support strategic bids and executive presentations.
- Plan capability, utilisation and partner engagement.
What You’ll Need
Leadership Experience
- Proven leadership of enterprise architecture or consulting teams.
- Success leading strategic accounts and transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial judgement and executive influence.
