Lead Solution Architect
We're looking for a Lead Solution Architect to take ownership of end-to-end solution design across a strategic Airline Operations programme. This is an opportunity to influence architecture at mission level, bringing multiple product teams together around a clear, scalable and coherent technical direction.
You'll work closely with Product, Technology, and Delivery Leads to define architecture, manage dependencies, and ensure solutions align with wider enterprise standards. The role will suit an architect who enjoys operating across teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Key Skills
- Lead Solution Architecture across multiple teams or domains
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Cloud-native architecture, ideally AWS
- Microservices and API-led architecture
- Canonical data models and data flows
- Architecture governance, principles, and reference patterns
- Agile, product-based, or mission-led delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and technical communication
- Airline Operations exposure, particularly crew pairing or roster optimization, is desirable
