Our Solution Engineers have specialist and healthcare industry knowledge to help our customers build their SaaS journeys. In partnership with sales, we collaborate with our customers to inspire them with an innovative solution roadmap to drive outstanding ROI in their businesses.
This Lead Solution Engineer role will be aligned to the Fusion Applications stack: ERP & SCM & HCM & CX & EPM.
Responsibilities
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Supporting & Drive complex opportunities as Fusion Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by some domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
- Leverage Health/ LS knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes.
- Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Design, present and articulate Oracle SaaS ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.
- Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.
- Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value.
- Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome.
- Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle SaaS ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX.
- Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.
- Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.

Experience & Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare/Life Sciences Backoffice transformation projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as pre-sales or similar role.
- An advanced knowledge with Oracle SaaS ERPM / HCM/ SCM / CX.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS ERPM Finance and/or Oracle SaaS SCM and/or Oracle SaaS HCM.
- Experience with AI & Fusion AI – hands-on.
- Experience in designing Enterprise Architectures based on Fusion Applications.
- Experience on how to integrate Fusion Applications with Health EHR and/or LS solutions.
- Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent desirable.
- Travel can occur if needed in Europe / Middle East.
