About The Job
We are looking for an experienced radiology professional to help train AI models. You will measure how well these models interpret medical images, check their reasoning, and help raise the quality of each new version.
We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: radiology. You'll help teach AI to read diagnostic images, such as chest X-rays, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine scans, the way a skilled radiologist would. This opportunity is open to both radiologists and imaging technologists.
In This Role, You May
- Review de-identified studies, such as chest X-rays, ultrasounds, or nuclear medicine scans, alongside their clinical context
- Write comprehensive, structured reports that document every finding, including subtle and incidental ones
- Give clear impressions and recommend next steps, such as follow-up scans or further workup
- Compare two independent interpretations of the same imaging study, resolve any differences, and log each discrepancy
- Pinpoint what model-generated reports miss, misstate, or leave incomplete

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
