The Role

Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends and market analysis, Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. The Lead Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing across specialist and high volume hiring within DWF, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging passive talent to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process for the client.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements for a variety of legal roles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and sourcing recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Source, attract, engage, and assess active and passive talent through multiple channels for both specialist and volume hiring.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review and post compelling, accurate job adverts that amplify DWF’s brand and attract candidates to review and apply.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations and accurate candidate insights.
  • Promote an excellent candidate experience through regular communication and relationship management.
  • Use data and market trends to refine sourcing approaches and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking, and reporting within recruitment systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
