About Qevlar AI
Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.
In just three years, we have:
- Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
- Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
- Grown to 1,500+ clients across the US and EMEA
- Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR, and we're targeting $25M by the end of 2027
We're looking for our first Lead, Talent Acquisition (GTM) to build that function from a genuinely blank page: no legacy process to inherit, no five-year-old habits to unlearn, just a fast-growing company and stakeholders who are more than ready to be led.
What you'll actually do
- Own full-cycle recruiting, hands-on, across every GTM role: AEs, BDRs, RevOps, Enablement and beyond.
- Partner directly with our Chief People Officer to structure and scale the TA function as we grow, make hiring feel like a system, not a scramble.
- Build the hiring plan, then run it: forecast the roles, choose the tools, design the process, and get it moving: resourcing, systems and change management all included.
- Stakeholder education and alignment: you educate and guide stakeholders on recruiting best practices, establishing structured processes and effective hiring standards across the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- Real GTM or Enterprise recruiting experience: you know hiring a BDR and hiring an Enterprise AE are not the same job, and you've done both well.
- A track record of structuring or scaling a TA function, inside a high-growth tech company. You've built the playbook, not just run one someone handed you.
- Sharp project management: you can turn "we need 12 GTM hires by Q1" into a plan with milestones, owners, and a timeline that survives contact with reality.
- Speed with high standards: you thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and rapid iteration cycles.
- Impactful stakeholder management: you seamlessly bring stakeholders into the recruitment process while confidently challenging them when necessary.
- High data & AI literacy: you use AI in your daily workflow (sourcing, messaging, market mapping), not just as a chatbot, and you know your hiring KPIs.
