Overview
We’re hiring two Lead Talent Acquisition Partners to join our Connected Media Talent Acquisition team. Working closely with the Head of TA, you'll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, help develop team capability, and bring fresh thinking to how we attract and hire talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced recruiters who thrive in high-volume environments and want to make a lasting impact on both the TA function and the wider business.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Lead high-volume and business-critical recruitment campaigns across Connected Media.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and influence talent decisions.
- Coach, mentor, and support Talent Acquisition team members to build capability and confidence.
- Drive improvements to recruitment processes, candidate experience, and ways of working.
- Use market insights and recruitment data to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build strong talent pipelines and creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment.
- Strong stakeholder partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Previous people management, mentoring, or team leadership experience.
- A track record of delivering change and improving recruitment processes.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align hiring decisions with business priorities.
- Confidence using data and insights to drive decisions and measure success.
- Curious, resilient, and proactive, with a mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement.
