Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (3-Month FTC/Contract, hybrid working)
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: Competitive Daily Rate / FTC Equivalent
I am partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation within the Financial Services and FinTech space who are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions while helping to shape hiring strategy and improve talent attraction capability.
Ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing expertise with excellent stakeholder management and has experience recruiting within Financial Services, FinTech, or other high-bar, technology-led businesses.
What you'll do:
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a broad range of functions including Technology, Corporate Functions, and Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent through a variety of channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high-touch and professional approach
- Provide market insights and hiring intelligence to stakeholders
- Drive recruitment processes from briefing through to offer management and onboarding
- Support hiring across multiple international regions and jurisdictions
- Ensure hiring activity is delivered efficiently, meeting agreed timelines and business objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition processes and practices

Who you are:
- Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, or Lead Recruiter
- Background recruiting within Financial Services, FinTech, or a highly selective technology-driven organisation
- Strong direct sourcing capability with a track record of identifying and engaging difficult-to-find talent
- Experienced managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge effectively
- Experience hiring across Technology, Corporate Functions, and Commercial/GTM populations
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple international markets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
