About This Role

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Lead Teacher to further strengthen our mathematics faculty. Applications are invited from ambitious, inspirational and talented middle leaders or teachers who believe they have the skills, passion and determination to lead our academy mathematics education to outstanding.

The successful candidate will be an expert in mathematics and have a proven track record of successful outcomes, as well as a keen interest in developing the practices of colleagues to further strengthen teaching and learning of the faculty. You will also play a vital role in fostering curiosity and critical thinking among our students.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will actively and positively promote mathematics within the academy and will teach engaging and challenging lessons to enable our pupils to progress and achieve.

Our Mathematics Faculty is highly successful, with a wealth of experience and expertise, and a strong culture of collaboration and support. The team works collaboratively, supporting and encouraging one another, and shares a strong ambition to be the very best they can be.
