(Inc. Health and Social Care in KS4)

MPS/UPS – 1 FTE (Permanent and includes TLR 2.2 or equivalent £3,994)

We are seeking to appoint a permanent teacher of PSHEE to commence in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to join us in January 2027.

About You

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already had experience of middle leadership in a school, or someone who wants to move into middle leadership. Regardless of your experience, you will receive excellent support from senior leaders across the school to successfully deliver on your role. You will be an inspiring teacher with the ability to deliver exciting lessons to engage students in their learning. You will use initiative and creativity to continue the development of our students’ experiences in PSHEE and contribute to the school’s continued success. You will be expected to teach Health and Social Care/Child development at Key Stage 4 and PSHE to all abilities at Key Stages 3 and 4 and to work with senior leaders to develop careers education information and guidance across our school. Ofsted recently judged personal development in our school to be at ‘expected standard’ and the successful applicant will work with senior leaders and all staff and the community to continue to develop this area of provision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
