Head of Technology Architecture / Senior Technology Architecture Lead
Permanent | London based | Hybrid
Overview
A well-established international retail brand business is seeking a senior technology architecture leader to bring coherence, judgement, and direction across a complex technology environment. This role is not about rapid transformation. It exists to ensure technology evolves deliberately, remains commercially sound, and continues to support the business in a stable and reliable way.
What You Will Do
You will provide architectural leadership across major technology decisions, setting clear direction while enabling delivery teams to move with confidence. Your remit includes:

About You
You are an experienced technology architecture leader who has worked with complex, integrated environments. You bring strong integration knowledge, commercial awareness, and credibility with senior stakeholders. You are pragmatic, calm in your approach, and focused on long-term value rather than short-term change.
