CE Lead Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform)
Location: HQ in London but considering applicants UK wide
Salary: £70-85k DOE
A leading digital transformation consultancy is seeking an experienced CE Lead Technical Consultant to play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with solution delivery, working closely with clients to design and implement innovative business applications. You'll lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes. They are offering the opportunity to work mainly remote but flexibility for ad-hoc travel to clients will be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
- Build and oversee integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical estimations and client workshops.
- Drive development best practices, code reviews, ALM and CI/CD processes.
- Mentor and support developers and junior consultants across project teams.
Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in a senior technical capacity.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, C#,.NET and JavaScript.
- Experience working with Azure integration technologies and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or equivalent.
Desirable Skills
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure OpenAI / Generative AI
- React or Angular for PCF development
- Data migration and integration experience
