Home-Based, Hybrid or Office Working Available | Bristol £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary, Annual Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits
This is more than a paraplanning role. It's an opportunity to become the technical heart of a growing independent financial planning business. You'll have the time, trust and autonomy to do your best work, influence how things are done, and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Package & Benefits
- £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) with annual pay reviews
- Discretionary bonus paid biannually in June and December
- 5% matched pension contribution

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced paraplanner to become the technical lead within our growing independent financial planning business. Working with high-net-worth clients whose average invested assets are c. £1 million, you'll take ownership of suitability reports, technical research and advice quality, helping to shape the future of our paraplanning function. This is a genuine opportunity to focus on quality rather than volume, with the time, trust and autonomy to think carefully, challenge constructively and ensure clients receive well-considered advice. Working closely with our advisers and directors, you'll help refine processes, introduce new technologies and AI-driven efficiencies, and play an important role in how the business evolves. Your ideas won't disappear into layers of management. If you see a better way of doing something, you'll be listened to. This role isn't about being the loudest person in the room. It's about being valued for your technical expertise, attention to detail and thoughtful approach, while building a long-term career where your contribution genuinely matters.

About You
- DipPFS qualified, with chartered status either achieved or of interest
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and taxation
- Able to produce suitability reports independently
- Passionate about technical quality and continuous improvement
- Looking for a long-term career in paraplanning
