Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase
As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase within Digital Enablement, Payments Technology, part of the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will own the end-to-end product delivery of a suite of products used across the firm's commercial and investment banking businesses. You will partner closely with product and engineering leadership to translate complex requirements into executable delivery plans, coordinate releases across a distributed team, and serve as the primary delivery lead on a key client engagement. - Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and technical dependencies, implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum and protect delivery timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional releases across distributed engineering teams, ensuring technical readiness, stakeholder alignment, and smooth deployment
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools to streamline program reporting, enhance planning accuracy, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders, product owners, and engineering teams, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
