This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in AdTech and/or Retail Media who enjoys being client-facing and wants to take ownership of complex technology integrations for major retail clients. Sitting at the intersection of clients, Product and Engineering, you’ll lead technical integrations from onboarding through to post-launch, helping clients get the most from a sophisticated retail media technology platform.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions.
- Work across Sales, Product, Engineering, Platform and Client teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
- Support feature requests and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Help transition newly launched clients into ongoing technical support and Platform Operations.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure effective handovers between integration, onboarding and support teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of global integration processes and best practice.
- Stay up to date with developments across Retail Media, AdTech and the wider advertising technology landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
