Job Summary

As a Lead Technology Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Enterprise Services delivers critical technology products and services. Leading across multiple teams and a complex portfolio, you will create the conditions for high performance, remove barriers, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Using data and insight, you will drive continuous improvement and embed joined-up ways of working that deliver better outcomes.

As delivery grows in scale, complexity, and risk, you will provide the cross-cutting leadership needed to strengthen portfolio-wide oversight, coordination, and assurance. Operating with significant autonomy, you will set clear expectations, shape proportionate governance, and influence senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries. You will support strategic prioritisation and sequencing, while improving visibility of delivery progress, dependencies, and risks so leaders can make confident, evidence-based decisions.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of Enterprise Services. By reducing fragmentation, strengthening delivery disciplines, and building greater consistency across the portfolio, you will help transform a collection of programmes into a mature, high-performing delivery organisation. Your leadership will enable sustainable delivery at scale and provide the Deputy Director for Delivery with clear, trusted, and strategic oversight.

Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. Where this is the case, employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office. Applicants can raise any queries to the email address at the bottom of the advert.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
