Onshore Technical are currently looking to speak with experienced Lead Temporary Works Coordinators for a contract opportunity supporting major heavy civils works on the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. This role will support significant civil engineering packages on a major nuclear infrastructure project and would suit someone with a strong heavy civils background.
The Role
As Lead Temporary Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating temporary works requirements across site, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to be confident operating in a busy major infrastructure environment with multiple work fronts and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate temporary works requirements across site
- Work closely with Project Managers and site delivery teams
- Coordinate with other contractors and stakeholders
- Support safe planning and delivery of temporary works
- Review temporary works requirements and site activities
- Help manage technical interfaces across the project
- Ensure temporary works processes are followed correctly
- Support delivery teams with technical coordination

Experience Required
- Lead Temporary Works Coordinator experience
- Strong heavy civils background
- Experience across HS2, bridges, tunnels, or major infrastructure preferred
- Confident managing site temporary works requirements
- Strong technical coordination skills
- Able to work with Project Managers, contractors, and site teams
- Good communication and organization skills
