π§ About the Role
You'll be supporting children and young people across Key Stages 1β3 who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), alongside complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional SEND.
As Lead Therapist, you'll take a central role in ensuring high-quality therapeutic support is embedded throughout the school.
Your responsibilities will include:
πΉ Leading and coordinating a consistent, relationship-focused therapeutic approach
πΉ Developing and delivering creative, individualised therapy programmes
πΉ Working closely with teachers and other professionals to embed therapeutic strategies into everyday learning
πΉ Providing direct therapeutic support to pupils within classroom settings
πΉ Building positive relationships with families and external professionals
πΉ Supporting effective therapeutic reporting and communication across the school
