Lead Therapy Specialist Nurse – Critical Care
We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapy Specialist Nurse – Critical Care to lead and develop a team of Therapy Specialist Nurses across the UK & Ireland.
This is a senior leadership role combining clinical expertise, people management, education, and commercial partnership. You will provide clinical leadership across the Critical Care portfolio, develop your team, and work closely with Clinical, Commercial, Product Management, and Medical Affairs teams to support customer solutions and business growth.

- Lead, coach, and develop the Therapy Specialist Nurse team.
- Provide senior clinical expertise across Critical Care.
- Build relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, and KOLs.
- Support clinical education, training, implementations, and evaluations.
- Partner with commercial and product teams on strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to tenders, account development, and business planning.
- Promote evidence-based practice and clinical excellence.
About You
- Registered Nurse with current NMC/NMBI registration.
- Significant Critical Care nursing experience.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Experience delivering clinical education and training.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to work across clinical and business functions.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
